Once you have finished shopping click on the checkout button and complete your delivery and payment details.

All Prices shown are in euro. There will be an additional charge for delivery (see Delivery).

Birthdayyokes.com accepts no responsibility for any errors in product description.
Payment and Security
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Laser cards, Cheques and Postal orders. All card
payments are processed using Worldpay.
If you pay by Cheque or Postal Order,
your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared.
Confirmation of your order
and receipt (once payment has been confirmed) will be sent to you via email.
Couponcode
Couponcodes are valid for a limited period (unless otherwise stated). Birthdayyokes.com
reserves the right to cancel or withdraw couponcodes without notice.
A minimun spend may be required for Couponcodes to be accepted. Couponcodes must be
entered before the order is completed.
Couponcodes may not be exchanged for cash.
Availability
In the unlikely event of any item of stock being unavailable or delayed, we shall contact you by email to
advise you of the new estimated time of delivery, together with, if appropriate, suggested alternative items.

and your order will be revised, or fully refunded unless it has been despatched for delivery.
Dispatch and Delivery - Courier/Registered Post
Subject to availability, goods will be dispatched within two working days of confirmation of order.
Goods are delivered by courier or registered post to the delivery address supplied by you during the purchasing
process and will normally be delivered within 3 working days of despatch.
Contact telephone numbers are important to ensure prompt delivery.
The delivery charge relevant to your order will be stated on the delivery information page during the checkout process)
All Nametag orders will be delivered free of charge (Ireland only).
Jewellery
All Jewellery and charms listed on this site are 925 Sterling Silver and some items are 14k Gold Plated.
All Jewellery should be cleaned with a Silver Polishing Cloth. Liquid cleaning fluid must
not be used as this will damage your beads and void your guarantee
Namtags
All Namtags are printed with details entered by the customer at time of ordering.
Namtags are printed immediately after order is placed so errors cannot
be rectified at a later stage.
If the error has been made by us, please notify us within 7 days and we will
replace the Namtags (we may request that you return the
Namtags for inspection).
All Nametag orders will be delivered free of charge worldwide.
Cake Toppings
All Edible Cake Topping are printed with edible ink. Colour of image may vary as the icing sheet will absorb more than an ordinary sheet of paper.
Alignment of image may me slightly off due to slight variation in icing sheet measurements.
If an error has been made by us, please notify us within 7 days and we will
replace the Cake Topping. (we may request that you return the
Cake Topping for inspection).
Birthdayyokes.com take no responsibilty for cake toppings that are damaged during the removal from the
backing sheet or during the process of applying the cake topping to the cake. (Please read cake topping instructions in full)
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, please return within 7 days of receipt of goods
for replacement or refund (excluding delivery fee). Goods should be returned in their original packaging at your own expense.
To ensure goods reach us safely, we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged during transit.
All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation, delivery fee will be refunded in cases of faulty,
damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
